baby reflex™ is a specialist technique that parents can use to give their babies reflexology therapy. It is believed that the treatment may boost baby’s immune system,may help with pains such as teething and colic, and may help to improve the quality if life for babies with conditions such as asthma.

 

With fully qualified baby reflex™ practitioners and teachers at Relax and Enjoy, we have taught many parents over the years and have seen for ourselves how much babies enjoy it. If you would like to learn baby reflex™ to treat your baby, we offer one-to-one workshops with individual families, usually in their own home, teaching the techniques across two,  two hour sessions..

 

baby reflex™ is a training course for parents to use on their own baby exclusively.

 

We provide ALL the learning tools including charts for you to use at home.and comprehensive course notes.
