baby reflex™
We offer baby reflex™ training courses for parents and also for qualified Reflexologists who are members of the Association of Reflexologists.
Courses for Parents
baby reflex™ is a specialist technique that parents can use to give their babies reflexology therapy. It is believed that the treatment can boost baby’s immune system, help with pains such as teething and colic, and may help to improve the quality if life for babies with conditions such as asthma.
baby reflex™ is always taught by a reflexologist who has qualified as a baby reflex practitioner and is fully insured. The course is taught over a 3 week period and each session lasts for approximately one hour. Parents 'work' with their own baby or toddler individually, or in groups with other parents.
baby reflex™ is not a training course for parents to use on any baby or toddler, it is to be used with their own children exclusively.

Baby Reflex for qualified Reflexologists

If you are a qualified Reflexologist and would like to work professionally with parents and their babies and/or toddlers, you will definitely be interested in being able to use the specialised treatment available using baby reflex™.

Introduction to reflexology
1 day course
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive, complementary therapy that helps to maintain the body's natural equilibrium. It works on the principle that any stresses and strains you are feeling will be mirrored in particular areas on your feet. A reflexologist can work these areas with their hands to relieve the stresses and strains.
We know that the human body is amazing, but did you realise that your feet were so interesting? If you are excited by this, you really need to attend our Reflexology Workshop. As qualified trainers and reflexologists, we can teach you how to give other people a high quality foot massage.
This workshop is ideal if:
- You have a partner, friends or family members who love foot massages OR
- You are exploring the possibility of becoming a qualified reflexolgist
During the workshop you will learn about the theory and concept of reflexology; contra-indications and benefits of foot massage; different types of touch; and you will also give and receive treatment

Introduction to Indian Head Massage workshop

Indian Head Massage is an extremely effective therapy that has evolved from traditional techniques practised in India as part of family rituals for over a thousand years. The technique taught by us is true to the original massage brought over to the UK from India.
The introduction to Indian head massage workshop will help you to understand how to give a stress busting massage to the neck, shoulders, scalp and face safely and effectively

Introduction to Thai foot massage
1 day course
Knowledge of massage in Thailand has been handed down by word of mouth through the generations, from father to son, from mother to daughter and from teacher to pupil. It is still taught by Buddhist monks in the temples of Thailand.
All parts of the lower legs, feet and hands are included and it involves hands-on stretching, massage, stimulating reflex points and follows the Thai energy lines. It has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese massage and Yoga incorporated into the massage itself and is said to stimulate the activity of internal organs. Thai foot massage is thus hugely beneficial for optimum internal health.
This workshop is ideal if:
- You have a partner, friends or family members who suffer for neck and/or shoulder pain
- You are exploring the possibility of becoming a qualified therapist.
